End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Bobl . This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you and Bobl (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the App and its services. By accessing or using Bobl, you agree to comply with this EULA in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using Bobl, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that we may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any changes.

2. License Grant

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

3. Prohibited Use

• You may not:
  • Post, share, or transmit content that is obscene, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in activity that could harm or disrupt the App, including spamming, hacking, or introducing malware.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or this EULA in connection with your use of the App.

4. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Any material deemed inappropriate or harmful, including hate speech, harassment, explicit content, or abusive behavior, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the App.

5. User-Generated Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or share on the App. By posting content, you grant Bobl a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content.

6. Termination and Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate this EULA. We are not obligated to provide notice before suspending or terminating access in cases of EULA violations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, logos, and software on the App, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

9. Updates to the EULA

• We may update this EULA at any time. Changes are effective upon posting, and your continued use of the App after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
